HHS Vaccinations

We are happy to provide these vital, health-enhancing immunization services to your organization:

Influenza (Flu Shots) – Offered from October through January each year, available by shot or nasal spray (FluMist).

Tetanus / Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria & Whooping Cough) – Normally given first in childhood, a booster vaccination is required every 10 years.

Hepatitis A & B – Needed only once per lifetime and provided in a series of doses.

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) – Given in a series of 3 doses at 0, 1, and 6 months.

Mantoux Testing & Readings for Tuberculosis – This critical screening should be offered annually to all healthcare workers.

Meningococcal (Meningitis) – Generally part of childhood immunizations at age 2, an additional vaccination is recommended at age 18 or in the event of a community outbreak.

MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) – Given in a series of 2 in childhood, with an additional vaccination to boost immunity at age 18 or in the event of a community outbreak.

Pneumococcal (Pneumonia) – Often given every 5 years up to age 65, this vaccination protects against the most common strains of pneumonia.

We work with you to design health factors testing that meets your organization’s unique evaluation needs.

We use only health care professionals and all blood lab work is done by fast, easy finger stick method. We educate your employees regarding their results, disease prevention and next steps. Of course, confidentiality is preserved throughout the process.

Homeland is a CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) certified lab and can perform any CLIA waived tests, on-site or off-site.

Our online registration system ensures maximum productivity for your employees and eliminates wait times for testing.

Laboratory Tests

Cholesterol Screening, Blood Glucose and Risk Assessment – Know your results in five minutes.

The Lipid and Glucose Profile tests:

  • Total Cholesterol (TC)
  • HDL and LDL
  • Triglycerides
  • TC/HDL Ratio
  • Estimates of LDL/VLDL
  • Blood Glucose (Blood Sugar)

Home Test Kits are available for individuals who cannot make it to on-site screening.

Diabetes Screening - We screen for diabetes using American Diabetes Association guidelines, including A1C to determine average 90-day blood glucose.

Lead Testing – State of the art testing on site for lead levels. We report all levels to the Dept. of Health as mandated by law.

Hemoglobin – Provides lab accurate results in 1 minute.

Nicotine Test – Detects the presence of nicotine from smoking or tobacco use in saliva.

Health Risk Screenings

HHS Health Risk Screenings

Hypertension & Heart Rate Screening – Blood Pressure and Heart Rate are a part of heart health. Can be included at no charge with cholesterol screening above.

Pulse Oximetry – Measures the oxygen level in your blood, along with your heart rate.

Derm Analysis – Analyzes skin condition and sun damage.

Body Composition Screening – Your confidential assessment will include: height, weight, body fat, body mass index (BMI), and waist measurement.

Caloric RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) Screening – Measures resting metabolic rate in less than 15 minutes. Please allow 30 min. per person.

Vision Screening – Screen for visual acuity for both eyes.

Hearing Testing – Provides hearing testing in your quiet room. Each test requires 15 minutes per person.

Memory Screening – Test for cognitive impairment. Takes 5 – 10 min/person.

Ergonomic Assessment – Individual Ergonomic Assessment can reduce incidence of injury and workers’ compensation expenses. Our solution includes immediate adjustment of each individual workstation along with a list of recommended devices or products for further improvement.
